Omnios is a leading provider of business process and systems consulting services with a focus on financial management and project accounting policies, procedures and software. Omnios specializes in planning, designing and building streamlined and effective internal business systems that allow organizations to focus on their strategic objectives and run a successful business.
We work primarily with mid-sized, project-driven professional service firms; nonprofits; and holding companies that need to manage important organizational resources, such as staff time against specific projects to track revenue and billing. These organizations often struggle with various organizational inefficiencies resulting in cumbersome accounting, financial management and billing processes; or have to manipulate multiple financial accounting systems across locations and business units.
Our job is to help organizations analyze, identify and implement improved financial and project management processes and reporting systems (business analysis) that will improve executive decision making, productivity, cash flow and revenue.
Omnios was founded by Mike Silver and Craig Sommerfield, both Certified Public Accountants, who have extensive experience working for medium to large-size companies in the areas of accounting process analysis, project management, computer programming and software implementation. The Omnios team of consultants is comprised of seasoned MBAs, CPAs and experienced professionals who understand business, accounting and operational processes.
